　　海上世界項(xiàng)目是“一核突破”、城市更新與產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)的重要載體和關(guān)鍵支點(diǎn)，項(xiàng)目總體定位為“仙境綠港·創(chuàng)智藍(lán)灣”，堅(jiān)持“世界眼光、國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、煙臺(tái)特色”，著力打造面向世界的“煙臺(tái)之窗”“城市之眼”。

　　The Yantai Offshore World project is an important carrier and key supporting point for the key breakthrough of the city’s urban renewal as well as industrial transformation and upgrading. Positioned as "a wonderland green port, a creative and intelligent blue bay", the project is adhering to a global vision, international standards and Yantai characteristics, striving to create a "window of Yantai" and "eye of the city" that faces to the world.

　　當(dāng)前，一期投資500余億元，總建筑面積約300萬平方米的煙臺(tái)港廣場(chǎng)、國(guó)電投核能總部等14個(gè)重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目建設(shè)“多點(diǎn)開花”、全面推進(jìn)。其中，總投資95億元、總建筑面積92.4萬平方米的煙臺(tái)港廣場(chǎng)、國(guó)電投核能總部、海洋金融創(chuàng)新試驗(yàn)區(qū)(煙臺(tái)金融中心)等3個(gè)產(chǎn)業(yè)項(xiàng)目均已開工，“三區(qū)互融”能級(jí)全面躍升；總投資6億元、總長(zhǎng)度5.5公里的7條市政道路高標(biāo)推進(jìn)，“三縱四橫”路網(wǎng)主框架全面拉開；總投資80億元的文旅商業(yè)街區(qū)、公園綜合體等文旅項(xiàng)目已簽約落位，梯次開發(fā)格局全面起勢(shì)。

　　At present, the first-phase investment of 14 key projects, including Yantai Port Plaza, China Power Investment Nuclear Energy Headquarters and etc., has exceeded 50 billion yuan, which takes up a construction area of around 3 million square meters in total. All of the projects are stably in progress. Among them, Yantai Port Plaza, China Power Investment Nuclear Energy Headquarters, and Marine Financial Innovation Pilot Zone (Yantai Financial Center) are currently under construction with a total investment of 9.5 billion yuan and a construction area of 924,000 square meters, leveling up the "three areas of mutual integration". With an investment of 600 million yuan, seven municipal roads with a total length of 5.5 kilometers are under implementation, and the main framework of the "three vertical + four horizontal" network has been fully unfolded. Cultural tourism projects such as commercial blocks and park complexes with a total investment of 8 billion yuan have been signed, and the echelon development pattern has taken off in an all-round way.

　　作為海上世界首開項(xiàng)目的煙臺(tái)港廣場(chǎng)，主要包括煙臺(tái)港生產(chǎn)調(diào)度指揮中心和雙子樓，總投資56億元，占地570畝，總建筑面積58萬平方米，是集現(xiàn)代化港口功能、跨境電商孵化產(chǎn)業(yè)園、日韓進(jìn)口免稅商品展銷中心、商務(wù)辦公等于一體的綜合性廣場(chǎng)。

　　As the first project of Yantai Offshore World, Yantai Port Plaza mainly includes Yantai Port Production Dispatch&Command Center and twin buildings, with a total investment of 5.6 billion yuan, covering an area of 570 acres and a total construction area of 580,000 square meters. It is a comprehensive plaza integrating modern port functions, cross-border e-commerce incubation industrial park, Duty-Free Japanese and South Korean Imported Goods Exhibition Center, business offices and so forth.
